Our company offers a comprehensive pet waste removal service specifically designed for residential and commercial properties. Our highly-trained team will thoroughly clean up all pet waste from any designated areas and dispose of it in an agreed-upon manner, ensuring that your property is left clean and odor-free. We use top-quality equipment and the latest techniques to ensure our service is efficient and effective, leaving you with a clean and hygienic outdoor space and/or litter box for your pets to enjoy.

Our service is available in specific areas, and we try to accommodate all customers. However, please note that availability is subject to change and may be limited based on the volume of service requests in your area. We reserve the right to refuse service to any property if we determine that it is unsafe or not feasible to provide our service. We will do our best to communicate any changes in availability or service status as soon as possible to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Payment for our service is made weekly and required before the next follow-up appointment. Unless other arrangements are made directly with us, all clients must have a credit or debit card saved in their client portal, with automatic payments enabled. A link to the client portal is provided in each invoice and on our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for any failed payments not remedied by the next follow-up appointment. This fee will be added to the next invoice.

For us to provide our pet waste removal service, you agree to provide us with safe and unobstructed access to your property's designated pet waste removal area(s). Litter boxes are required to be placed in an accessible area outside of the house unless other arrangements are made before the appointment. If access is not provided, or litter boxes are not placed in an accessible area, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service appointment, and you may be charged a fee for the missed appointment. Please note that we are not liable for any damages to property that may occur during the service.

Due to the nature of our business, while we can guarantee the days we will be on-site, we are unable to guarantee specific times. Any provided arrival times represent our best guess for when we will be on-site, but they are approximate and should not be relied upon. If you need us to be on-site at a specific time on a one-time basis (for example, if you are hosting an event on your service day) we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee the times we will be available. Requests need to be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide sufficient notice and we are already en route, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the cost of gas and time. In the event, an appointment is skipped with sufficient notice and the animal is still using the yard or litter box, a skipped appointment fee equal to approximately 75% of your regular appointment charge will be applied to the next invoice. Thank you for your understanding.

Our company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service appointment in the event of inclement weather. We consider inclement weather to be any weather condition that poses a safety risk to our employees, such as lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, or heavy snow. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to inform you in a timely manner and reschedule the service appointment for the earliest possible date. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from weather-related cancellations or rescheduling.

Our service includes disposing of pet waste in the trash cans that are provided on-site. Only waste that is collected on a property will be disposed of on that property; we do not transport waste from one site to another. We will dispose of the waste in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Please note that we cannot dispose of hazardous waste or other materials that are prohibited by law. If we encounter any hazardous waste or prohibited materials during the course of our service, we will inform you immediately and may terminate the service appointment. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the disposal of pet waste collected from your property.

For the safety of our employees, we ask that all dogs that are not friendly to strangers be secured inside the home during our service appointment. If a dog is outside and unsecured and we feel it poses a safety risk to our employees, we may terminate the service appointment immediately. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the behavior of your pets during our service appointment.

In the event that one of our employees is bitten by a dog on your property, the fault will be considered the responsibility of the pet owner. We reserve the right to terminate the service appointment immediately and seek medical attention for the injured employee. If necessary, we may file a claim with your homeowner's insurance to cover any medical expenses or damages resulting from the dog bite. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a dog bite during our service appointment.

We reserve the right to film, record, or take pictures of our pet waste removal service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. By using our service, you grant us permission to film, record, or take pictures of the service and any relevant property. We will handle any such recordings or images in accordance with our privacy policy and will not use or distribute them for any purpose other than quality control, training, and marketing. We may use these recordings, images, or testimonials for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print advertising. If you have any objections to being recorded or photographed, or to the use of your property or pet's image or testimonial for marketing purposes, please notify us in advance of the service appointment.

While we take every care to ensure that our pet waste removal service is performed to the highest standards, accidents can happen. Therefore, our company cannot be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our service.

We strive to provide the highest quality of service possible, but our service is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. If you believe we have missed waste on your property, and we are notified within 24 hours of the service appointment, we will make every effort to return and clean it up. Due to scheduling or other circumstances, this may not always be possible, in which case we will collect the waste on our next regularly scheduled visit. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our service.

Our company retains all intellectual property rights in and to our service, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is located.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time, at our discretion. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
